How to get soft feet quickly and easily, using only home remedies for dry, cracked skin on feet…

We tend to neglect taking good, regular care of our feet. Then the weather warms up, we pack away our boots and – oops… we’re nowhere near ready for open shoes.

In those moments, for some of us the first instinct is to spend a fortune on a professional pedicure. Some others would just rather give up and say – I’ll just wear sneakers or something.

But you don’t have to do either. Simple home remedies for dry feet will help you get rid of all dry, rough, cracked patches. Only 3 organic, natural steps 1 – 2 times a week will help you to get soft feet, smooth and nourished, ready for you to proudly show them off in some trendy new sandals.

How to Get Soft Feet in 3 Simple Steps:

Create a little foot spa at your own home and use these amazing DIY foot products to get rid of cracked heels and dry skin on feet. These home remedies for dry feet are more than affordable, simple and easy to make, relaxing and a pleasure to use.

Step #1 – Diy Foot Soak

You know how relaxing it can be to soak your feet even in plain water. But this foot soak is a perfect mix of ingredients that will help you get soft feet in no time.

Lemon juice contains citric acid, which dissolves dead skin cells, exfoliates the skin and helps soften rough patches. Olive oil and milk moisturize and nourish the skin and make it soft and supple.

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup milk

Into a large bowl or a foot tub, pour enough water to fully cover your feet when submerged. It should be as hot as you can comfortably tolerate. Add the milk, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well, then relax and soak your feet in it for around 15 minutes. When your water starts getting lukewarm, go to the step #2.

Step #2 – Diy Foot Scrub

After a foot soak, it is much easier to mechanically exfoliate your feet and get rid of anything that shouldn’t be there. And this foot scrub is perfect for that.

The sugar’s rough texture will remove all the dead skin cells and dry, cracked skin from your feet. Coconut oil is one of the most moisturizing oils. It will prevent any irritation sugar might make and further nourish your feet.

  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 5 – 10 drops peppermint essential oil

Melt the coconut oil. Add the sugar and mix. In the end add the peppermint essential oil and mix again. Transfer the scrub to a clean jar or any airtight glass container.

Apply a thin layer of the scrub to one of your feet. Take at least 2 – 3 minutes to thoroughly exfoliate all the dry, rough skin. Once done, put the foot back into the soak and repeat the process with the other foot. Then rinse your feet well and apply a moisturizer (step #3).

Step #3 – Diy Foot Moisturizer

The combination of oil, Vaseline and peppermint essential oil is a perfect ending of this 3-step routine for smooth, glowing, soft feet. It will pamper your feet, provide all the moisture and nutrients they need and prevent future drying out.

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vaseline
  • 2 – 3 drops peppermint essential oil

Melt the coconut oil and mix it well with the other two ingredients. Transfer the mixture to a small glass container.

Apply your new foot moisturizer to your feet and take some time to give them a proper massage. Especially massage the moisturizer into the areas that tend to dry and crack out.

You can use this moisturizer every night, but especially as a third step of this little foot spa process.

So, that is how you can get soft feet using only home remedies for dry skin on feet. Three simple steps, three natural products and you’ll never need a pedicure again…
