DIY Honey and Lemon Face Mask Recipe
To make this honey and lemon face mask (the basic version), you will need:
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Every time you make this mask, use only freshly squeezed lemon juice. You should also only use organic lemons – you don’t want all sorts of pesticides and toxins on your skin.
If you have Manuka honey, use that one. Manuka honey is extremely rich in nutrients and antioxidant, plus it is great for sensitive skin. But you can also use any kind of raw, organic honey that you have at the moment.
So, to make this honey and lemon face mask, all you have to do is put 1 tablespoon of honey in a small bowl. Add approximately 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
Mix well until you get a smooth mixture. If you want, you can customize the mask by adding some of the ingredients from the list below. Or you can just use the mask as it is.
