  • 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel
  • ½ – 1 tablespoon kaolin clay
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 – 3 drops tea tree oil

This mask is sooo good for acne prone skin. It is cleansing, detoxifying, soothing and non-comedogenic.

Kaolin clay will collect all traces of dirt and bacteria from your pores. Tea tree oil is perfect for acne because of its antibacterial effect. Honey and aloe vera will soothe and replenish the skin, nourish it and make it soft, smooth and glowing.

First mix aloe vera gel and honey. Add kaolin clay and mix well. If you want your mask to be thicker, add some more clay. In the end add the tea tree oil and mix everything well together.

Apply the mask to a clean face. Leave it on for around 10 minutes or until it dries. Wash it off and apply a lightweight moisturizer while your skin is still slightly damp.

  • 1 tablespoon avocado

This soothing creamy mask is a heaven for dry skin. It is so moisturizing and nourishing, perfect to repair the skin and restore its natural glow.

Avocado is high in healthy fats that condition your skin and keep it soft, supple and youthful. Oats have soothing and healing properties, protect your skin and prevent future drying out.

Mash the avocado well. When you get a smooth paste, mix it with the aloe vera gel. Add just enough ground oatmeal to get a nice, creamy consistency.

Wash your face and exfoliate it with some gentle scrub. Apply a thick layer of the mask and leave it on for 20 – 30 minutes. Wipe it off with a clean tissue, rinse off the residue and apply your moisturizer.
